Once the wartime capital city of China during the Second
Sino-Japanese War (1937-1945), Chongqing today is one of the
most populated cities in the world, with more than 28 million living within its
municipality.
A surprisingly green city itself, one may find himself
mostly walk under a shade, something not so common in modern China.
